Here in the DSN Lab, I am currently the Project Coordinator for the Freshman Project and the Teen Decisions Study. I am pursuing doctoral research and clinical training after graduating with a major in psychology from Willamette University in 2016. I hope to examine how self-perception and self-efficacy in the Black community can be influenced by the traumatic effects of 1) racialized stereotypes and 2) affiliative prejudice. I am passionate about finding effective ways of engendering and advocating for social change through research and clinical practice.
